When problems arise as they often do in life, it could cause you to experience some form of stress. This is just the natural order of things as all species must deal with stress in some form or another.

Considering the alternatives to a healthy mental attitude, you will only have to shoulder the pain of stress long enough to know how to effectively deal with it if it ever arises again.
Begin healthy sessions with a therapist and you will soon find yourself on your way to a happier, stress free life. Having someone to talk with about your issues always helps and knowing how to talk with someone about them is better still.
The very best part about having someone to talk with is the multitude of ways you will discover to calm you when you begin to feel stressed. Not that you have to try all techniques, but by trying, some of them will give you a basic foundations of self help.
